How to Enable an Agent My Business Portal


The My Business portal provides agents a convenient and Secure way to access and manage their data and tools within the Zipi platform. To enable your agent’s access to their My Business portal, follow the steps below:


  1. Go to Company > Directory.

  2. Find the Agent you wish to enable their My Business, and click the 3 dots to edit.


     3. Check the ‘Create Business Account’.




    4. Save.

Your user will now be invited to their own My Business account.
